Every Sunday morning for the past two years I’ve been sending out an email called ‘Five Good Things’.
I think of it as an antidote to the Sunday papers.
I feature stories about amazing people, thoughtful TV or audio programmes, the odd book, warm-hearted and entertaining videos…
Snippets may be amusing, thoughtful, heart-warming, or a little challenging – in a good way.
There’s enough bad news in the media, but there’s good stuff happening all around us – and Five Good Things is all about finding it.
Recent comments about Five Good Things include: “Uplifting and refreshing”, “Really fantastic and positive as always.”, “Made wonderful reading over a cup of tea and too many shortbread biscuits”.
If you’d like to give it a try, you can sign up by putting your details in the form at the bottom of the page.
If you’d like a taster, you can see issue five of Five Good Things here.
Please note, signing up to my newsletter means just that. I promise not to sell your details to nefarious organisations or despicable people, or indeed use your contact information to send you anything but my Five Good Things newsletter. This makes me not only GDPR compliant, but also rather a decent sort really.
