Every week I send out an email called ‘Five Good Things’.
It’s a mixture of good news, amazing people, brilliant and thoughtful TV or audio programmes, the odd book, and there’s often something I’ve been up to which I think is good, like a new exhibition or a video I’ve produced.
I choose things which can be amusing, thoughtful, heart-warming, or a little challenging – in a good way.
There’s enough bad news in the media, but there’s good stuff happening all around us – and Five Good Things is all about finding it.
If you’d like to give it a try, you can sign up by putting your details in the form at the bottom of the page.
If you’d like a taster, you can see issue five of Five Good Things here.
Please note, signing up to my newsletter means just that. I promise not to sell your details to nefarious organisations or despicable people, or indeed use your contact information to send you anything but my Five Good Things newsletter. This makes me not only GDPR compliant, but also rather a decent sort really.
